Anxiety Management

There can be a million things that appear to make you anxious – but actually there is only one – your own thoughts. I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) alongside hypnosis to look at your thoughts, assess their validity and come up with alternative ways of thinking about things that helps you to change how you feel and how you act.
